I found the snorepal has reduced my snoring and I am waking up more rested. I would recommend it for sure! A few minor things... it hurt my ear so I adjusted the part that wraps around the front, and now it tends to fall off during the night. If I make it tighter it really hurts. I also wish I could turn up the vibration at smaller increments, instead of just low to high. So I have just kept it at low.

It works well, I did have one night when I turned my head over onto the side I was wearing it on and must have hit the button and it turned off. But otherwise I am quite happy with it.

I use a cpap and was finding it very difficult to use it after many years. So I have been using the earset for about 3 weeks. Since the first night I have had no cramps at night and am sleeping much much better. I love it.

I was skeptical about buying this but I am glad that I did and it does work quite well. The unit is easy to use and it has an intensity adjustment, its comfortable and small enough that you don't even feel it. The app gives lots of valuable details about your sleep quality and it saves the results for tracking and comparison. My only gripe is: It's not always easy to link up with the bluetooth and the range is quite short so the connection can break easily.
I say its definitely worth buying.

This device is basically a God send !!!! The quality of my sleep is soooo much better... I was afraid I was heading towards possibly needing a c-pap and was gonna schedule an appointment to see my Doctor. I researched this product for two days straight and thought why not try it ! The Sleeplus app allows me to keep track of everything, even record my snoring and I must say majority of my nights are very quiet. I think if I adjusted it up more I would be snore free but I’m just taking it slow to see which level works best for me at my own pace! I absolutely love it and highly recommend it!!

Overall, sleep better and feel more rested using it which is great. In addition, have positional sleep apnea where sleeping on side is critical and have had no incidents of gasping since using device! Couple things to improve: 1. needs indicator to show when it’s turned on as hard to tell 2. Ear gets sore if you sleep on side with device. Is there a way to address? 3. Directions should say put phone near you when sleeping. They don’t currently. 4. Define snoring levels i.e. moderate, severe, etc 5. Do t see anything about replacement parts. When does battery need to be replaced? How do you tell? How do you order? Hope this is helpful!

I have been using this device now for about 2 weeks. I am pleasantly surprised that it actually works. I am now hoping that it lasts a reasonable amount of time before breaking down.
